With over two decades of experience in the legal field, Ms. Thompson began her journey in 2000, working in various administrative roles before transitioning to a full-time legal assistant position in 2011. One of the greatest challenges she sees is a lack of public awareness around insurance coverage. “Too many people don’t fully understand their policies until it’s too late. I’ve seen clients feel blindsided after discovering they’re underinsured. It’s something I’m passionate about educating people on.”

Outside the office, Ms. Thompson enjoys live music, experimenting with new recipes, and tackling home improvement projects. Her attention to detail and drive to help others extends from her professional life into everything she does.
