How do I get my bills paid?

I can’t work. What do I do?
If you have coverage for wage loss or essential services benefits, we will help you file the necessary claims to access those benefits. We will also pursue lost wages as part of your injury claim against the responsible party.
How does the attorney get paid?
We work on a contingency fee basis, meaning you pay no upfront costs. We only get paid when we recover compensation for you.
How long do I have to file a car accident claim in Washington?
The statute of limitations in Washington for most car accident claims is 3 years from the date of the crash. However, it’s smart to speak to an attorney well before that deadline.

Can you help me with my vehicle?

You are not obligated to speak to the insurance company without legal representation. In fact, it’s usually better if you don’t. Simply direct them to our office, and we will handle all communications on your behalf to protect your rights.
The insurance company made me an offer. Should I accept it?
Never accept an offer without speaking to a qualified attorney. Early offers are often far below what you are truly entitled to. We can evaluate the offer and advise you whether it is fair, or help you pursue a higher settlement.
